The name “La Viga” derives from the massive central seafood market in Mexico City where our chef Manuel Martinez comes from. Chef Manuel brings the freshest local sustainable ingredients to create uniquely bold flavors with a focus on seafood with latin influences.

All of his creations showcase fresh, local ingredients skillfully combined with his ever-evolving techniques to create innovative dishes that all conscious diners can love.
